Ingredients
  

  • 225 g butter room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 55 g powdered sugar
  • 2 oranges zested
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 320 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50 g dried cranberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter, sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Mix in the egg yolks. Mix in the flour and salt until just combined.
  • Mix in the cranberries.
  • Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a log that is about 1¾ inches in diameter. Wrap each in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃).
  • Slice the log into about ⅓ inch circles. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden.
