Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter and flour a 9 inch bundt pan. Set aside.
Take one orange and slice it into quarters. Remove the inner white pieces and any seeds. Blend the rest until smooth. Set aside.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and sugar.
Slowly mix in the oil. Then mix in the blended orange.
Mix in the two flours, baking powder and salt until just combined.
Gently fold in the egg whites.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Once completely cooled, combine the juice from the other orange with enough icing sugar to get a thick icing. The amount of icing sugar will depend on the amount of juice from the orange. Pour the icing over the cake.
